Contact & booking

The hardest part is this part.

Booking the first call is genuinely the most difficult step; your brain will offer several excellent reasons to do it “next week”. So let’s keep it very small: 15 minutes, free, on video, no preparation needed.

Book the free 15-min intro call

Pick any slot that suits you; the calendar shows my real-time availability, including evening and weekend options for working professionals and different time zones.

Open my calendar ↗

Opens Calendly in a new tab. You’ll get a confirmation email with the video link.

Prefer to write first?

Completely fine, many of my clients do. (Drafting the message four times is optional but traditional.)

📝 Fill out the therapy inquiry form (a few short questions; I reply personally)

💬 WhatsApp me (messages only, replies within 1–2 working days)

Please don’t share detailed personal history over email/WhatsApp; a few lines about what you’re looking for is plenty. The real conversation belongs somewhere confidential.

What actually happens on the call

  • You tell me what’s been loud lately, in whatever words come. “I don’t know where to start” is a valid start.
  • I’ll ask a few gentle questions and tell you honestly how I’d approach working with you.
  • You ask me anything: fees, methods, “have you worked with someone like me”.
  • Then you take your time deciding. No follow-up pressure, no “just checking in!” emails.

Timing notes

Sessions available for IST and international time zones (evenings/weekends included). If no slot fits your timezone, email me and we’ll find something.

Nervous-about-the-call questions

What if I get awkward or blank out?

Then you’ll be like most people on their first call. Awkwardness is welcome here; fluency is not required.

Do I need a diagnosis or referral first?

No. You don’t need a label, a referral, or a “big enough” problem. “My mind is exhausting and I’d like help with that” is more than sufficient.

Is the intro call really free? What’s the catch?

Really free, no catch. It exists because choosing a therapist from a website is hard, and fifteen minutes of actually talking tells you more than any page of text, including this one.

What if we’re not a fit?

Then I’ll say so kindly and, wherever possible, point you toward someone more suitable. A good referral is a good outcome.
